to Study Effectiveness in Improving Math Test Scores --

PALO ALTO, Calif., June 30, 2006: Accurate Learning Systems Corporation today
announced the Sylvan Union School District in Modesto, California has initiated
a summer pilot program to evaluate the effective impact of using MathScore.com.

MathScore.com is an Internet-based, measurable, adaptive mathematics practice
environment for grade-levels 2-8 which enables self-paced learning, and has
already demonstrated effective improvement in a previous pilot program in
Northern California. During the Sylvan Union School District pilot program, two
separate groups of students will participate. One group is using MathScore
through the month of June, the other through the month of July.

"MathScore gives the teacher a chance to differentiate instruction based on
student needs," said Dorcas Lopez, director of student support
services/categorical programs, Sylvan Unified School District.

"In a very short time, MathScore has already demonstrated measurable progress in
a number of the participating students, particularly with math facts," said
Steven Yang, founder and CEO of Accurate Learning Systems Corporation. "We are
excited by the enthusiasm being generated within the Sylvan Union School
District."

MathScore.com usage during the previous pilot program resulted in proven
effectiveness. Students at all proficiency levels who participated in that pilot
program showed impressive improvement on the 2005 California Department of
Education Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) test. The STAR test results
demonstrated an average raw score increase of 39 points, outperforming the
control group by 49%. The program showed the increase in scores at all
proficiency levels, with some students achieving perfect scores.
