PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 23, 2006 -- Accurate Learning Systems Corporation today
introduced the availability of individual home subscriptions for MathScore.com,
the Internet-based adaptive mathematics practice environment already proven to

Now for the first time, students in second through eighth grades, who don't use
MathScore.com in school can practice math over the Internet at a pace that keeps
them motivated. MathScore is the only math practice environment that adapts to
the student, is available with any Internet connection and can provide a
never-ending supply of math problems. MathScore.com subscriptions are available
today for $19.95/month, directly from .

"Statistically proven, using MathScore improves math proficiency," said Steven
Yang, founder and CEO of Accurate Learning Systems Corporation. "We're excited
to make MathScore available to any parent so they can supplement their child's
math education from the convenience of home with a system that's proven
effective. Students respond to it much like a game. Parents can monitor progress
at a glance or in detail. MathScore provides a never-ending supply of math
problems, custom tailored for each student, available with any Internet
connection."

Previously available only through schools, MathScore.com usage results in proven
effectiveness. Students at all proficiency levels participated in a pilot
program that showed impressive improvement on the 2005 California Department of
Education Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) test. During the pilot, the
STAR test results demonstrated an average raw score increase of 39 points,
outperforming the control group by 49%. The program showed the increase in
scores at all proficiency levels, with some students achieving perfect scores.

"My students find that MathScore is easy to use, and I find it is a definite
contributor toward helping them understand the concepts they learn in regular
math instruction," explained Janette Leath, 5th grade teacher, Bishop
Elementary, Sunnyvale, CA. "I have even heard comments such as 'Math is fun!'
from several students after they had finished a session and thoroughly
understood a particular concept."

"MathScore is designed as a practice environment that caters to the full
spectrum of student talent, ranging from remedial students through the most
advanced. We've seen many students advance beyond grade level, and many remedial
students catch up," Yang continued.

MathScore is an Internet-based, measurable, adaptive mathematics practice
environment for grades 2-8 that enables self-paced learning. MathScore's
patent-pending math program provides a math practice environment with
instantaneous feedback and attainable goals that motivate students to become
better at math. Students can practice math in the school lab or from home via
the Internet. Teachers and parents can consult system-provided feedback for
