"I find mathscore an excellent tool, that I use as part of a mix of tools with which I help my son with in his maths schoolwork.I have not been able to find anything on this side of the Atlantic as good! Even though mathscore is not designed specifically for the British school system, it allows me to keep an eye on where my son is academically and move him successfully forward. Communicating with his teacher at school I have found useless, which is why I keep a close eye on his education. At the beginning of the academic year he was amongst the lower 5 of his class in maths: he is now amongst the top 5 of a class of 30 !"

"We are so happy to have found your site, it was exactly what we were looking
for and after using it for a few weeks now would not hesitate in
recommending your site to other parents. The children are now in the habit
of using it and actually looking forward to getting on the system and doing
their maths. Our new household rule, no maths no computer play - works a
treat!!! Although lately it is absolutely not a problem getting them to
spend time doing their maths. I am so thrilled to have found your site and
look forward to seeing a big improvement in the kids grades and confidence.
Many thanks for a great system."

"MathScore has helped my daughter move ahead of her
class in math. It gives her the freedom to "practice" math when she wants
to in a fun enviroment. Her school uses a "fast math" program and this was
the closest thing I found to it that could be used at home. It is easy for
me to keep track of her progress and the amount of time she actually spends
on each lesson. I would recommend this service to all parents."

"I have been very happy with mathscore. My kids don't need tutoring, just practice. We tried [name omitted] first and I really disliked it. So we tried mathscore. I like the fact that we're not dealing with paper, that I don't have to correct the answers, that it automatically increases the difficulty to continue challenging them, and that it knocks them back a level if they seem to be struggling after reaching a level (which infuriates them!). Also, it provides age-appropriate material - so I don't have to figure out what they should be practicing. And, my 9 year old is a terrible typist so I can add time to compensate for all of the deleting he has to do. I've already told several other moms about mathscore - they have smart kids whose minds will turn to jello if they do nothing all summer."

"........all it takes is a mere 20 minutes a day to reverse the cognitive
decline that occurs during the LONG summer months! And for students who do
not respond well to "tutorial sessions" with their parents, and vice a
versa, there exists no better product than the MathScore Home Service to
mitigate the "dumbing down" that summertime offers! We have been
tremendously pleased!"

"MathScore Home Service is invaluable to our home school!
Not only has it helped improve our math fluency scores on end-of-grade
tests, but it has raised my daughter's math confidence level tremendously.
Thank you for making quality math drills enjoyable for the child and
affordable for the parent. I've promoted this service over and over again
in our home school support group."
- Mary Jo, North Carolina, June 19, 2007
"MathScore.com is just what we were looking for. Having a self-paced math application like this available to our kids is incredible. The "administrative" features available to parents are top-notch as well. In just a few seconds, I can check on their progress and see exactly where they need to focus their energies if they are running up against any difficult concepts. Finally, learning to "10-key" at such an early age will only help them as they move through school and their careers. It's second only to touch typing skills on my list of computer skills everyone should master."
- Greg Martin, parent
"Since my son started using MathScore, I have noticed his attitude and
quality of work has improved. He now looks forward to doing his math
homework on MathScore and because of the ease of the program, he is able to
grasp topics and challenge himself with new ones at his pace.
I also love the parent sign on feature
which allows me to monitor his progress from any
computer. I believe students of all ages can benefit from this terrific
program the way we have."
- Jennifer Aufang, parent
"I have truly been very impressed with mathscore. It has allowed my son to move and learn at his own pace. The tips and examples are a great help to him. He is able to do the work on his own without needing me to go over things and explain. I travel frequently for work, and I love the fact that i recieve an email with what he actually gets accomplished. He isn't able to get away with much, and has taught him a sense of responsibility. Thank You!"

- "There are so many features of your program that I like. I can look at the work done by every class member in detail all at once, and it is color coded, so I can immediately tell if they mastered a new topic that day. By far the best feature is the random number generated problems. Without this, the students have a tendency to memorize the answers and move on without getting the concepts."
- Allen Smithson, Director, Arizona Upgrade Academy, Cottonwood, AZ
- "MathScore is the best automated math tool I've
ever seen. I can measurably observe my students' stellar effort and
proficiency gains with ease."
- Janette Leath, 5th grade teacher, Bishop Elementary School, Sunnyvale, CA
- "I really like the MathScore program because it's continual learning,
continual practice, and I've seen growth in
every single one of my students...
the cream of the crop, and those that really struggle. Everyone has made
improvement"
- Marivic Walch, 5th grade teacher, Bishop Elementary School
- "Math Score is a phenomenal program. It improves student
achievement in math
and assists students in gaining proficiency toward meeting the required
standards in mathematics. Students love the built in motivational factor
which stimulates them to work and try harder to gain mastery in math.
Sunnyvale Middle School students sing praises
about this program. They
wonder why they didn't have this in elementary school because they would be
so much more advanced. We are fortunate to have this throughout our school
this year and expect to see some significant rewards."
- Frances Dampier, Principal, Sunnyvale Middle School
- "On a typical weekend, we have 30 to 40 students
logging into Mathscore.com on their own time.
When you have that kind of reaction
from students, it's very important to nurture and support that
enthusiasm, in order to help it grow."
- Eric Panosian, Principal, Bishop Elementary School
- "In accordance with No Child Left Behind, MathScore incorporates
research-backed learning principles. Continuous feedback and built-in
assessment tools enable students to learn efficiently, parents to remain
involved with their children and teachers to easily and cost-effectively
work with all of their students. MathScore works."
